US-Israeli attack on Iran: Whose side are the powerful countries on?

China and Russia condemn attacks on Iran
The war between the United States and Israel with Iran has entered its fourth day. The past three days of exchange of fire have left many people on both sides dead. Of these, the number of casualties and damages is reportedly higher in Iran. The country's Red Crescent Society said that more than 700 people have been killed there since the war began.
Meanwhile, US President Donald Trump said that nearly four dozen Iranian leaders, including Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, were killed in a joint US-Israeli strike on Saturday.
On the other hand, the US Central Command (Centcom) said that four US service members had been killed in an Iranian operation as of Monday. Several other soldiers were reported to have been seriously injured.
In addition, the Israeli government said that nine Israeli citizens had been killed. Meanwhile, the US claimed that Iran's current leaders had expressed their willingness to hold talks with the US after Khamenei's death, but Tehran dismissed that.
Ali Larijani, the secretary of Iran's Supreme National Security Council, said that they will not make any compromise with the United States. On the other hand, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said that the scale of the attack on Tehran will "further increase" in the coming days.
As a result, some analysts fear that this war will not stop anytime soon.
However, various international communities, including the United Nations, have expressed concern about the counterattacks by both sides. UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres has also warned that if the ongoing conflict is not stopped, it could lead to a catastrophe for world peace and security.
But what is the reaction of powerful countries such as Russia, China, the United Kingdom, France and Germany to this war?
United Kingdom
The United Kingdom has said that it is not involved in the US and Israeli attacks on Iran. Prime Minister Keir Starmer also said that the United Kingdom will not join the US-Israeli attacks.
However, in response to the attack, British Defense Secretary John Healy said that British troops and citizens stationed in the Middle East were being put at risk due to Iran's "indiscriminate attacks."
The UK Ministry of Defense said that a "suspicious drone attack" was carried out on an RAF base in Cyprus on Sunday night. Although no one was injured in the attack.
The British Ministry of Defense said that our security in the region is at the highest level and the base responded to protect our personnel.
UK Foreign Secretary Yvette Cooper said that the countries that Iran attacked in the Gulf and other countries were not involved in the attacks on Iran.
This is a manifestation of the Iranian regime's unwanted and reckless actions, Yvette Cooper told the BBC. Meanwhile, Prime Minister Keir Starmer said that the United States will be allowed to take defensive measures from UK military bases.
He said the US had asked for permission to use British military bases only to intercept Iranian missiles at their source, where they were stored or ready to be launched.
He said he had agreed to the US-Israeli request to prevent Iran from launching missiles across the region and killing civilians.
China
China has "strongly condemned" the US and Israel attacks that killed Iran's Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei.
The country has called on all parties to exercise restraint and immediately stop military operations. The Chinese Foreign Ministry said this in a statement.
It called the US and Israeli military operations "a serious violation of Iran's sovereignty and security and a violation of the principles of the UN Charter and the basic norms of international relations."
Russia
Like China, Russia has also strongly condemned the attack on Iran. Meanwhile, Russian President Vladimir Putin has expressed his condolences over the assassination of Iran's Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei.
This information was reported by the Russian state news agency Tass on Sunday. He described Khamenei's death as a "brutal murder that violates all norms of human morality and international law."
Moscow has warned that the tension in the Middle East caused by the attack on Iran could spread far beyond Iran's borders.
Germany
Germany has expressed concern about the way Iran is retaliating against various countries in the Middle East in response to attacks by the United States and Israel.
German political and military sources told Israeli Army Radio that Germany would consider joining the United States and Israel in a military operation against the country if Iran's attacks on regional countries do not stop amid the ongoing conflict.
Officials from the German Foreign Ministry and members of the Foreign Affairs Committee told the radio that plans for possible military action with the United States are already underway. This includes participating in airstrikes and providing military and air support.
France
France has expressed satisfaction over the killing of Iran's supreme leader in a US and Israeli strike, government spokesman Moud Bojou said on Sunday.
He told France's RTL television network that Khamenei was a "repressive and repressive dictator" who suppressed his own people.
He violated the rights of women, youth and minorities and was responsible for the recent deaths of thousands of civilians in the country. "We can only rejoice at his death," said one of the French government's spokesmen, Moud Bojou.
France is ready to "take action to defend its interests" in the Middle East, officials said. Earlier, French President Emmanuel Macron said that an attack in the Middle East could pose a serious threat to peace and security in the world.
He warned that the escalation of tensions was "dangerous for everyone."
However, Macron also made it clear that France would be ready to take all necessary measures to protect its interests if its friendly countries requested it.The United States is intensifying attacks on Iran.
The joint US-Israeli campaign against Iran entered its fourth day on Tuesday (March 3). The two countries have already killed at least 48 top Iranian officials and commanders, including Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, in a series of airstrikes. Iran has also launched a strong counterattack.
In such a situation, CNN has published sensational news. A senior US official has been quoted as saying that the United States is preparing to launch a massive attack on Iran within the next 24 hours.
The official said the United States assessed its first round of strikes on Iran, which US forces achieved in their goal of weakening Iran's defenses.
The official said that in the next phase, US forces will launch a large-scale attack to destroy Iran's missile production, drones and naval capabilities.
In an interview with CNN on Monday, US President Donald Trump spoke about the escalation of attacks on Iran. He said, "We haven't even started attacking Iran hard yet. There are major attacks coming."

However, the Saudi ministry said on social media that the attack caused minor damage to the embassy and that the building caught fire.
